Or they can just run stone striker which will effect every enemy attacking you. It's not like critical hits are going to severely hurt you in PvE.

Any adrenaline denial makes Skull Crack useless plus have a ranger with concussion shot which is non-elite to do the same thing

Also, Ride the Lightning is way better than shadow step + double dragon

i think wastrel's collapse is pretty useless,

5 sec time frame for someone to negate it

Healer's Covenant is mathematically inefficient. You basically lose 25% of your regen, spells cost 25% less, (IE, counteracted) and then they heal for 25% more. Lamelamelame.

Spells costing 2 energy instead of 5 is hardly "25%".

I think you may have been looking for 60%.

Warriors Endurance is god in warrior scythe builds. Try saying it's useless when your hitting multiple enemies at 100+ damage :P

For me personally peace and harmony is useless- my bonder gives me energy regen, F ogden's needs lol. I make the lil dude cut his wrists so much that he often suicides X.X

The dwarves are probably already planning legal action on me, caveat on my 600 bonder build lol

ye shroud is so horrible now. i mean, its 3 seconds. blackout works 100x better, considering it has a 1/3 recharge and lasts much longer. ok whopde doo, someoen cant cast for 3 seconds. so i heard gale is better too, even if it is 2 second kd.

not really its so easy to inflict a condition on someone being a ranger, pair it up with another prof say sin with spammable 1 sec recharge jagged strike and ur attacks suddenly go from 7-17 to 20-30(or higher) not to mention the armor penetrating attack chain that follows

doesn't have even the "i have an utility but it's crap" , this is by far the wrost elite in the game , any other elite skill has some uses , but this is just completely bad
